Refund Policy

We would accept the request for return of such Product/s subject to the terms of this Policy. If upon inspection, the returned product does not meet the criteria specified in this Policy, we reserve the right to reject the return and decline any refunds related to it. Failing to meet any expectations, the Product/s will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. You agree that our decision in relation thereof is final and binding on you.

Processing: Once your Return is received, Product/s will be checked by our quality assurance team and the video for the Product/s will be verified. We will then send you an email/WhatsApp/message to notify you that we have received your returned Product/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment. For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer once payment confirmation has been received.
